LeanData specializes in helping businesses optimize their lead-to-sales process. They wanted a digital infographic highlighting the benefits of adopting an account-based marketing strategy.

Design approach

The client wanted the infographic to tell a story in a fun, original and playful way. They liked the idea of using a hurdle race as a narrative device.

With this concept in mind, I started with a rough sketch where I mapped out the tips, statistics and industry highlights provided to me.

I shopped around for digital illustrations until I found a series that captured the comic tone I was going for. I used these to anchor the main message to a running track. It’s warm color and location in the middle of the page helped give the viewer a place to start.
